writelift.ph is run by one person, not a big agency. No content mill, no rotating pool of freelancers paid by the word — one person who writes your copy, reads it aloud, and doesn't let a lazy sentence out the door.
Who's behind it
I write copy for small businesses. I started writelift to do the opposite of what most web copy has become: not more words, faster and cheaper, but the right words — the handful that make a customer stop scrolling and call.
Good copy isn't decoration. It's the quiet salesperson working every hour your website is up. That's the job I care about, and it's the only one I take.
Where we're based
We're based in the Philippines and write for small businesses across the US, Canada, the UK, and Australia. I'm upfront about it because you'd find out anyway — and because the writing on this site should settle the question better than any reassurance could.
How we use AI
I use AI to draft and explore quickly — then I rewrite it into something a person would actually say, and I'm accountable for every line. AI does the typing; the judgment about what sells is mine. You'll never get a raw AI draft with my name on it.

Never by the word
Fixed price for a page that does its job. Word count is not a unit of value.
Read it aloud
If a line sounds like a brochure when spoken, it gets cut. Your customer reads with their inner ear.
One clear job per page
Every page is written to earn one thing — usually the call. Everything that doesn't serve it goes.
