We store client data in password-protected cloud accounts (Google Workspace) with two-factor authentication enabled. Payment information is processed through Wise and PayPal — we do not store credit card details. Client files are backed up using the 3-2-1 backup rule.
WriteLift maintains compliance with the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
05 · Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Email hello@writelift.ph. We will respond within 30 days.
